Low Vs Ultra Radeon RX 580 4GB Performance Review
Playing Live the Life on the Radeon RX 580 4GB, which is a 4 year old graphics card will likely return a consistently high 116 frame rate. Note that those results would be running at High and 1920x1080 screen res.
And so following those results you could of course play this at 1080p, but this GPU is somewhat wasted at that resolution. We would suggest running Live the Life at 4K Ultra instead, where the Radeon RX 580 4GB would still get 38 FPS at these performance hungry settings and resolution. When considering the GPUs release price, this comes in at $4.87 per Ultra 4K FPS or $2.94 at 1440p Ultra.
Don't go 4K here, we recommend pushing this game at 1440p Ultra for the best gaming experience, but you will need at least 8GB RAM to go with it.
To summarise, with this graphics card you do not need concern yourself too much regarding Live the Life frame rates. Because Ultra graphics setting can be turned on across all resolutions up to 4K quite comfortably. We are seeing 4K getting 38 FPS, 1440p will get 63 frame rate and if you are interested then 1080p gaming can get 83 FPS. Based around the Radeon RX 580 4GB launch price, we calculate the cost per frame at different resolutions. 1080p Ultra frames will cost $2.23, 1440p frames cost $2.94 each and then the 4K costs $4.87 per frame.
