Linger in Shadows is a Demoscene project by the Polish demogroup Plastic, released exclusively on the PlayStation 3. It was first announced at Breakpoint 2008 in Germany.Linger in Shadows differs in an important aspect from many demoscene products in that it is being published by Sony on the PlayStation 3, who trademarked the name late 2007.

The experience of playing Linger in Shadows through a 2 year old GeForce RTX 2080 Max-Q is going to return a consistently high 140 frame rate. Note that those results would be running at High and 1920x1080 screen res.

And so following those results you could of course play this at 1080p, but this GPU is somewhat wasted at that resolution. We would suggest running Linger in Shadows at 4K Ultra instead, where the GeForce RTX 2080 Max-Q would still get 45 FPS at these performance hungry settings and resolution.
