Fifa 14 packshot image
End of September beginning of October is the start of the footie season and with it we get the latest instalment of Fifa.
Fifa and Pro Evolution (Fifas biggest rival) usually turn up just after real life transfers have been completed.
We are still waiting for something new to happen with the game engines used but it might be that EA will wait for the new Consoles to get released and running before updating the game engine
We will update with more info once it comes out.

Fifa 14

Radeon RX 460 2GB

Low Vs Ultra Radeon RX 460 2GB Performance Review

We can see that when playing Fifa 14 with a Radeon RX 460 2GB will return a consistently high 200+ frame rate. That result is taken on High graphics and a screen resolution of 1080p.

This GPU and game match up means this graphics hardware can comfortably play Fifa 14 at 4K. We expect to see around the 120 FPS mark on Ultra 4K.

Finding a PC with this gpu or better would return some strong FPS in Fifa 14. We would definitely recommend running at 4K screen res and on ultra, before trying any lower screen resolution. You would also need at least 2GB of RAM. Perhaps couple this gaming PC with a processor that's as powerful as the Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz and Ultra 4K would be a smooth experience.

In summary, Ultra graphics setting is highly achievable with this Radeon RX 460 2GB card, but what monitor resolution are you looking to play Fifa 14 at, because you can get 120 FPS at Ultra 4K. But perhaps you feel better served at 1440p, where you would get 200+ frames per second on Ultra 1440p. Lower the resolution further and you get a blistering 200+ FPS at 1080p Ultra.
