State Of Decay packshot image
Unlike games such as Left 4 Dead, State of Decay will focus more on survival. Stealth, evasion, distractions, securing the player's resources, and moving through the world will be more emphasized than zombie combat. The game will be open world, where the player's choices will be an important factor. Players will be able to build structures such as sniper towers and barricades to defend against the infected population. Food, water, shelter, ammo, and supplies such as copper wire will be necessary for survival. To obtain these supplies, the player will need to go on raids to abandoned supermarkets and many other shops, or the player can grow food themselves. The player will also be able to rescue other NPC survivors, such as electricians, to help with defense, repair damaged electronics in the player's base, or to help with the player's raiding parties. However, the player will also be able to be a lone wolf, moving from building to building trying to survive.

State Of Decay

GeForce GTX 2050 Ti 4GB

Low Vs Ultra GeForce GTX 2050 Ti 4GB Performance Review

Running a GeForce GTX 2050 Ti 4GB to play State Of Decay shows us that we expect it to return a consistently high 200+ frame rate. Which is at High settings on 1080p performance.

Playing State Of Decay on Ultra 4k is certainly possible with this graphics card and we expect it will return around 110 frames per second at that top scale resolution.

Finding a PC with this gpu or better would return some strong FPS in State Of Decay. We would definitely recommend running at 4K screen res and on ultra, before trying any lower screen resolution. You would also need at least 4GB of RAM.

To summarise, this game runs easily using this graphics card at all resolutions. State Of Decay gets 110 FPS at 4K Ultra costing $0 per frame. But if that doesnt feel right for you then you can drop the graphics setting down to High for 153 FPS costing $0 per frame. Otherwise you can get some great performance by moving down a resolution bracket to 1440p. 184 FPS in Ultra 1440p costing $0 per frame or 1440p High gets 200+ FPS costing $0 per frame.
