InFamous: Second Son

GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q

Low Vs Ultra GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q Performance Review

Playing InFamous: Second Son on the GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q, which is a 3 year old graphics card will likely deliver a solid 70 FPS. Note that those results would be running at High and 1920x1080 screen res.

The GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q is going to do great at 1440p. We can see that in Ultra 1440p we will avg around 38 FPS. At High setting it gets 53FPS, but it is also capable of bumping up to 4K in High settings. 4K High will return 32 FPS or 4K Medium gets 47 FPS.

To summarise, we feel that with the GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q you can enjoy InFamous: Second Son at 1440p resolution pretty comfortably. The graphics card is going to run smoother on High 1440p rather than Ultra, where it would be getting 38 FPS. But when run on 1440p High it would get 53 FPS, and at Medium 79 FPS and then on Low it would return 101 FPS. The GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q would also be good at 1080p Ultra, getting 50 FPS.
