Telltale has released a new trailer for the second season of The Walking Dead, which is slated to launch next week.

In the The Walking Dead Season Two, players will control Clementine, and once again actions and decisions will help determine the flow of the narrative.

The new trailer shows Clementine attempting to hold her own in "a world gone mad", with a montage of some of both the undead and the living threats imposed upon her. Players who completed The Walking Dead Season One and the 400 days DLC can have their decisions from those episodes transferred to their current game, which will further impact how the story progresses. You can check it out below.

The season, as with season one, will consist of five episodes released over the course of 2014. It's not clear how frequently these will arrive, although at time of writing it has been two months since the last episode of The Wolf Among Us with no release date for the second episode announced, suggesting Telltale fans might have an agitating wait between game segments. The first episode of The Walking Dead Season 2 is due to launch next Tuesday, 17th December, on PC. If you pre-purchase the game from Steam, you can get 10% off the normally £18.99 Season Pass, which in turn gets you a discount on the individual episodes.

What do you think of the new trailer? Will you be buying the second season next week?

well, there are different endings about what happened to lee...some people shoot him and some left him. soooo i think that he is dead or a zombie. it depends on what option was the most chosen one.

I shot him, couldnt let him suffer like that. But even if you chose to shoot him it doesnt show how he gets shot. So he cant just be dead. And ah damn I should of saved my choices, now its going to be like I start from season 2 and I dont think of replaying the first season for them choices.

i don't think save file will help you much because they make the whole ep from the most chosen options in the previous ep. In season 1 a guy died when i made a choise and in the next ep he was alive because my choice wasn't that popular. i think that in season 2 it will be the same option mechanism

I just said that it's boring for me, not that the game is bad or boring, I just don't enjoy slow zombies :)

one of the few zombie games that I like is killing floor, I don't like left4dead, the last of us and dead rising or every other game that has slow zombies without super powers that are basically useless, but somehow they hurt you.

Project Zomboid is in early access (buggy as hell with framerate issues) but it has an option for Zombie lore. I can check a specific option for you if you see something in the image. :)

What about PS3? Is it the same date for Europe or delayed like the first season?
