Divinity: Original Sin, the Kickstarter success to lead all Kickstarter successes, has at last been granted a release date.
The isometric RPG will be arriving with the +1 Enchantment of Installation on your hard drive come June 20, developer Larian Studios has announced. For those unaware, Divinity: Original Sin is so old-school it got beaten with a cane throughout its development, offering up some gloriously last-century gameplay that’s got many grooming their beards in anticipation…
Divinity: Original Sin found its way onto Kickstarter almost exactly a year ago today, raking in close to $1m and hitting every one of its stretch goals. Since then it’s been a busy old year if refining, tweaking, and diversifying the latest in the Divinity series, which prides itself on being more high-fantasy than Snoop Dogg at a Game of Thrones shoot.
There’s a new trailer below of all the shiny new things Larian Studios has added with all them bucks to play around with. I would go into more detail but it’s practically everything in the game, so you’re best off looking for yourself below…
I for one can’t wait to get my hands on it; I’ve been growing my facial furniture for what seems like months in anticipation.
