With the release of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare only a couple of weeks away Activision has released the gameplay launch trailer alongside the system requirements you’ll be needing to get involved in the fight. The trailer is a great last effort to show off of the two things that Activision have been plugging for this Call of Duty outing: Futuristic battles and Kevin Spacey.

This latest trailer is about as 'Oorah' as it's possible for entertainment to get, pulsating with enough action, jetpacks, and patriotism up to its eyeballs. It's Call of Duty as we've come to know and love it, albeit taking some heavy cues from a certain mech shooter, naming no names.

Kevin Spacey's Jonathan Irons pulls the strings in Advanced Warfare's Storyline

What you’re seeing here is advanced warfare” Spacey’s character Jonathan Irons tells us moments before we’re thrown into a frantic montage of gameplay showcasing the abilities the soldiers of the future are equipped with. Boost jumping, hi-tech weaponry, jetpacks, it’s all there, packed into an adrenaline pumping minute or so that will take a couple of views to make sure you don’t miss anything.

This trailer is all about getting across to us what kinds of mad, intense fun it’s going to be playing this game. Gone are the dramatic cinematic scores of old, replaced instead with a high energy tune from The Raconteurs. It’s hard not to be drawn in to the high octane, testosterone fuelled action on display. Safe to say, no one will blame you if you let yourself get caught up in the excitement for the latest CoD offering. OORAH!

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will be available on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 from November 4. If you just can’t hold on that long then pre ordering the Day Zero Edition will get you access a day early with bonus xp points and weapons.

Does the latest trailer of the new vision for the Call of Duty series leave you with an itchy trigger finger, or does it just look the same as ever with a few new toys? Let us know!
