Written by Mridul on Fri, Nov 28, 2014 12:30 PM

It’s that time of year again. When shoppers become crazed loons and Walmart resembles that scene from World War Z. Black Friday. The internet is rife with ridiculous gaming deals, ranging from Steam’s huge Fall Sale to the likes of Amazon knocking down prices on practically brand new titles.

If you want to get the absolute best deals then you’ve got to be on your toes, everyone loves a good flash sale and they’re going to be cropping up all day today, and no doubt running through until Cyber Monday. Unlike those poor mites getting punched for a lamp at Ikea though, you can sit back in the comfort of your own home and pick up some absolute bargains.

Here we’ve collected some of the best deals currently available, but they’re changing quick so you’ll have to keep your wits about you a little bit.

As always we want to know if you spot any great deals while you’re out and about, and it would be great if you could share them with the rest of the GD community in the comments section below.

If you’re travelling the net any want to take the system requirements tools of Game Debate with you anywhere then don’t forget we have our new GD Anywhere browser extension for both Chrome and Firefox.

it's just totally ridiculous to see people behaving like animals in stores, just because prices drop to actual value, for sellers it's like saying "f*ck you all for the rest of the year if you gonna buy something we'll profit from it a lot" :P

Both Harebrained Shadowrun games are about R$12 on Steam right now. Quite a bit of fun for the cRPG-oriented.

I'd have to recommend Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning for a fiver, bit of an under-rated classic that!

Great value, indeed. For the interested, though, there's some dissonance between the game's official artwork and the actual setting: Think Fable, not Dragon Age.

I've had my eye on it for a while and am always so close to buying it, then... i hear how its a horrible game and a lot of problems are pointed out :/

Wouldn't call it horrible, but it IS a tad limited. The best way I can find to describe it is to say it resembles a more light-hearted and RPG-oriented version of Darksiders.

Having a blast playing Kingdoms of Amalur Reckoning, thank you for the recommendation, completely worth the mere 5$ it cost me!
