Over the last we've weeks we've taken a look at a load of titles that will be coming to us over the next 12 months, but now it's time for us to all share the games we're most looking to in the future. They don't need to be out this year, heck, they don't even need to be out the next.

We want everyone to get involved and share their most wanted titles, even that pair at the back begging for Assassin's Creed Unity 2 - I can see you! Come in then and join the hype, as we get excited about the games that are hopefully going to have the biggest grins plastered on our faces when they finally arrive.

Jon

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain - Anything that lets me attach a goat to a weather balloon is probably going to come out on top. Hideo Kojima is unparalleled when it comes to delivering stupendously overblown experiences that also have hilarious smaller touches for those looking to dig a little deeper.

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End - The pulpy cinematic ambition of Uncharted is the closest I can ever get to watching Raiders of the Lost Ark for the first time again. Having gone to deeper and darker places with The Last of Us two years ago, I can only hope that Naughty Dog hasn’t forgotten how to have a giggle when this arrives.

The Legend of Zelda Wii U - Open-world Zelda? Get out my way I'm coming through. When the The Legend of Zelda creator Eiji Aonuma name checks Skyrim as a direct influence for the next title it's about time I just dust off my game of the year nomination and give it to him.

Felix

Total Warhammer - Come on! This is a match made in heaven. Love Total War? Hell Yeah! Love Warhammer? Yuh huh I do! Rome Total War 2 pushed me to the limits of how much I can forgive this powerful franchise. They have done Rome before and Rome 2 didnt captivate me like Shogun 2. Well with Warhammer as their content provider it doesn't really matter too much what they do, it's going to be a good, new game using their excellent game engine.

GTA V - Yeah it's going to be amazing on PC. I am not going to go on about it, cus we all know it's good. Every PC gaming person will have to at least try it once (whether this year or in 5 years' time). Grand Theft Auto is of course the new benchmark in gaming.

The Witcher 3 - Again it's an obvious one, but The Witcher 2 really was a great game and these guys always turn up the development cooker when they bring out another title. Never ones to sit back and assume a reskin of a great previous game is enough.

Cyberpunk 2077 - Details are scarce but that just makes me wonder it's going to be like even more. CD Projekt Red's next title after The Witcher looks like an awesome Deus Ex-style adventure in a futuristic world with bionic tech. Sign me up.

Assassins Creed: Another Year Another Dollar - Nah just kidding, I am personally getting a little bored by the tower climbing historic western ninja. Although if they brought one out where you were a real ninja, it might just about get me back in again.

Chris

Grand Theft Auto V - I still haven’t played the latest GTA, but with the first-person mode finally coming to PC this year, it’s the perfect excuse to give it a go. I’ll probably just end up spawning tanks and going on rampages, mind.

Rise of the Tomb Raider - I bloody loved the reboot, with all of its gristle and gory deaths aplenty. Can’t wait to see how many outrageous accidents and attacks Lara manages to miraculously survive this time around. Let's just hope Microsoft plays fair and brings it to PC in due course.

Until Dawn - This sounds like an interactive supernatural slasher movie, and looks every bit as terrifying as Alien: Isolation.

Squee

Hearts of Iron IV - Defeating the forces of the Third Reich never gets old. And when you need to choose between developing desert uniforms for your soldiers or recruiting more officers, while worrying simultaneously about communist spies in Latvia and the next general election at home, not to mention your fragile supply lines to keep your push into the Middle East going… Oh Hearts of Iron, how unashamedly complicated and wonderful you are. I am really looking forward to this next installment, although goodness knows what they can possibly add to the monstrously complicated beast.

The Pillars of The Earth - OK, I know this isn’t due out for another couple of years yet, but I am agog for more details. A game based on a doorstop-sized historical fiction novel about stonemasonry? Yes please!

Battlefield Hardline - Kids love playing war. Kids love playing cops and robbers. If Battlefield Hardline captures anywhere near the level of frenetic, straight-faced ridiculousness that the war games did, I’ll be all in. And looking forward to the inevitable Battlefield: Cowboys and Indians.

So, GDers, it’s over to you. What does the future of gaming hold for you? What games are you looking forward to above and beyond everything else?

Other than the obvious ones(the ones on nearly every list), am also right now interested in the Game of Thrones game series, Cyberpunk 2077 and am pretty curious what Life Is Strange will be like. Oh and Mass Effect 4 as well.

2015 is shaping itself up to be a wonderful and horribly distracting year in both cinema and video gaming. I think Nintendo in particular has an excellent year planned out for itself, with several awesome exclusive titles and IPs on the way, as well as the release of the New 3DS. Legend of Zelda and StarFox are going to be 2 heavy returning titles, and Rodea the Sky Soldier looks interesting. Mario Maker (look it up) is a brilliant idea, and should be awesome.

But personally I'm dying in wait for Xenoblade Chronicles X, as the original Xenoblade is the entire reason I convinced myself to get a Wii-U in the first place.

On the PC side, Witcher III and Evolve are both on my list, as well as Dragon Ball Xenoverse. Even if it's terrible, I've always been a fan of DBZ, so I'll pick it up anyway. Apart from that, Star Wars Battlefront, Batman Arkham Knight, Mortal Kombat X, Black Desert, and with luck a Destiny port.
