Leaked images from a Russian games store suggest Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto V will come on a whopping 7 DVDs for those who pick up a physical copy. A number of stores are already kitted out with PC copies of Grand Theft Auto V ahead of its April 14th street date, and images posted on Reddit indicate installing this beast could take you a while.

We know that the PC version of Grand Theft Auto V is going to be a hefty 65GB install, and the total capacity of 7 DVDs weighs in at between 35GB and 70GB, depending on whether the discs are double-layered. With the compression used to shrink it down to an installer, this at least indicates PC gamers hopefully won’t need to login online for additional downloads before beginning to play the PC version of GTA 5.

A picture has also surfaced of the external packaging, which definitely looks larger than we're used to. It almost reminds of the old days, when everything used to come in a beautiful, yet impractically large box. *Re-adjusts rose-tinted specs*

Whatever the case, whether you choose to go digital or physical you're going to have a bit of wait on your hands before you can hop in and begin playing. If you're internet's up to the task though, you can buy GTA 5 digitally already and begin preloading ahead of the Tuesday, April 14th unlock.
