We’ve been waiting on this ahead of Grand Theft Auto V’s launch later today, as Nvidia finally releases its GeForce Game Driver for Grand Theft Auto 5. Offering the best possible gaming experience for GTA 5 on Nvidia graphics cards, the driver includes support for SLI set-ups and GeForce Experience optimisations.

The GeForce 350.12 driver is also aligned with full support of the GeForce GTX Titan X. The fastest single-GPU card on the market, we’d expect this to make mincemeat of Grand Theft Auto 5 PC.

In addition to GTA 5 support, the 350.12 drivers also include optimisations 5K x 3K monitors, improved gameplay performance on SLI configurations when using ShadowPlay, and support for OpenCL 1.2, the new API based on the Khronos Specification. Support is included for Kepler and Maxwell GPUs.

In amongst the tweaks and changes, the latest drivers also have updated application profiles for Assassin’s Creed Rogue, Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty, Project CARS and Victor Vran, adding SLI support to all.

You can grab the GTA 5 PC Nvidia Game Ready drivers for yourself now over here.

We've downloaded it and we're ready to head into Los Santos, now it's just a waiting game until copies begin to unlock. Still no word from team red on if, or when, it's putting out a GTA 5 trailer, but we'll let you know as soon as.
