Ubisoft's Rainbow Six: Siege continues to look extremely promising in my eyes with its latest trailer, despite Ubisoft's recent track record of disappointments. This is the latest in a series of Rainbow Six Siege videos, each focusing on a different nationality’s special forces unit.

This time it’s the turn of the good ol’ FBI SWAT team, or Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Weapons and Tactics team if you’re averse to acronyms. This band of militarised police come with a devastating range of unique abilities, including wall-shredding assault rifles, heartbeat-trackers, and the Brimstone - a remote detonated rolling mat capable of tearing through steel.

Expectations are rising to fever pitch for the squad-based tactical shooter, which features quick-fire rounds of attack and defend, complete with fully destructible environments. First impressions pitch as an evolution of Counter-Strike's classic gameplay.

Rainbow Six Siege is out on October 13th for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
