The last of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s 16 free pieces of downloadable content is arriving soon. Despite offering hundreds of hours of gameplay, with stacks of quests and entire continents to explore, the DLC will be adding a New Game+ mode to tempt players in for another sprawling run through.
“Already finished The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt multiple times? We’ve got something coming up…
New Game+, the final DLC, is on the way and, of course, it’s completely FREE!” reads the post from CD Projekt RED.
“Stay tuned for more info regarding the release. It won’t happen this week though - we need a little bit more time to finish it.”
Details are a little scarce at the moment, so here’s hoping CDPR has some grand plans of NG+. I’d personally liked to see the difficulty cranked right up, but to continue over with my finishing level, so I can finally focus a bit more on the other skill trees.
Right, here’s all the additional DLC available for The Witcher 3 since launch then:
- Beard and Hairstyle Set
- Temerian Armor Set
- New Quest ‘Contract: Missing Miners’
- Alternative Look for Yennefer
- Nilfgaardian Armor Set
- Elite Crossbow Set
- ‘Ballad Heroes’ Neutral Gwent Card Set
- New Quest ‘Fool’s Gold’
- Alternative Look for Triss
- New Quest ‘Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear’
- New Quest ‘Contract: Skellige’s Most Wanted
- Skellige Armor Set
- New Quest ‘Where the Cat and Wolf Play...’
- Alternative Look for Ciri
- New Finisher Animations
- New Game+
What would you like to see implemented in The Witcher 3's New Game+? Will you be having another run through with Geralt, or are you waiting until the first expansion pack?
