The latest round of PlayStation Plus titles have been revealed, with Grow Home the winner of Sony’s first Vote to Play ballot. The new initiative has subscribers voting out of choice of three games, with one heading to PlayStation Plus and the other two receiving discounted prices.

Ubisoft’s procedural platformer Grow Home was the eventual winner, beating off Armello and Zombie Vikings. It will be joined by five other games coming to PlayStation Plus in September, including Super Time Force Ultra, Twisted Metal, Teslagrad and more.

  • 1st September: Grow Home (PS4)
  • 1st September: Super Time Force Ultra (PS4 and PS Vita)
  • 1st September: Twisted Metal (PS3)
  • 1st September: Teslagrad (PS4 and PS3)
  • 1st September: La-Mulana EX (PS Vita)
  • 1st September: Xeodrifter (PS4 and PS Vita)

This means Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, Limbo, Stealth Inc 2: A Game of Clones, God of War: Ascension, CastleStorm Complete Edition and Sound Shapes will be heading off the service on September 1st, so make sure to grab these now if you want them for free.

It’s a decent line-up from Sony once again, without a bag game in the bunch. If you own all three platforms then this could keep you going for the entire month easily, but there’s nothing on the scale of Rocket League to make it must-have month.

What do you make of the line-up for the coming month? Disappointed Sony is still not pushing PlayStation Plus with occasional AAA releases? Let us know!

"A decent line-up from Sony once again"? Its probably the worst line-up since Launch. I remember when we used to get Outlast, Don't Starve, Spelunky and Rocket League in the PS+ line-up. Now we are getting indie games and 2D scrollers.
