There's always more shooting and looting to be done in the Boston wasteland and Bethesda are ready to provide the latest itch for all the Vault dwellers out there ready to head on out and slay super mutants and radroaches once again. Bethesda have revealed on twitter that an announcement detailing their plans for Fallout 4 downloadable content is coming soon and that we can expect to see a revamp of the fan favourite Survival mode (which received a lot of criticism for missing features in FO4).

Bethesda are keeping coy about what the DLC will entail and when gamers will be playing the new content but they have confirmed that they are “doing a complete overhaul” and that we can expect to see features such as “Food, sleep, diseases, danger and more”, which I know a lot of gamers felt were glaring omissions from the base game.

This news follows hot on the heels of the latest console update for Fallout 4 which drastically improves the draw distance of the game. Expect to hear more details on the Fallout 4 DLC in the coming weeks here on Game-debate.

It really bothers that they didn't add this to the game at launch. Just another reason why New Vegas was better in my opinion.

It is a pretty fun game, but they need to add some content to the game. Finished it once, then went back to Skyrim and Tale of Two Wastelands. Hoping for some good story additions to the game.

I hope this will be free, these things should not be paid DLC. Fallout 4 was kind of a down scaled version of Fallout New Vegas. I did not say Fallout 4 was a bad game in fact its a really good game just that they missed out in the survival part.

I would say they missed out on a lot more than just the survival part.

Was not a fan of the use of power armor, i always felt like if i wanted to get anything done i had to use the armor. Gonna alter that at all??

Not to be mean but your character must have been pretty **** if you needed to use power armor.

If that's the only thing they are adding with this DLC, then, Pip, you wasted your money and time with this Season Pass :P

Imagine fallout 4 with a Dishonored like stealth system. Fallout 4 was a good game and definitely worth the 60 dollars but for a Bethesda game falls a bit short. I just feel like the modding opportunities were so much more for the Elder scrolls then fallout which is why i'm a little disappointed. Even with the mod creation kit not being out i can't imagine the capacity for mods for f4 to come close to skyrim. I kinda want to go back to skyrim but i always break the game.

not harshly: "Fallout 4 was a good game and" its only been out less then 6m, and as you said the CC is not out yet. TES5 was the same way, let the kit come out, then you will see mods.
Skyrim

851.92m DLs
Oblivion

Fallout New Vegas

Fallout 3

Fallout 4

you may have something about TES being more popular, but give it time. i don't even buy the games until all 4 dlc are out and the CC has been release, updates patches, new or revamped core engine. the end product is always better then the initial release. a lot of tes5 mods that came out at the start were incorporated into the game in updates making them irrelevant. needs, horse combat, 4G aware.

This is me even comparing games like fallout 3. The raw amount of mods mean nothing. In skyrim you were able to change the game it thousands of ways just based off of the skills which are insanely more diverse then fallout skills. I'm just saying that modding a Elder Scroll game is far more diverse then fallout in general.

This game got boring so quick, even this won't make me revisit it.

Lack of weapon durability and search lots of garbage for crafting is stupid.
Just find good weapons and NEVER craft of loot for garbage again, search for spare parts(alike weapons) was fun in anterior games.
