We’re creeping up to the launch of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. All eyes are on Naughty Dog to see whether the esteemed studio can pull it out the bag yet again when Uncharted 4 launches next month. Surely it’s about time they had a dud? Well, on the basis of the latest juicy details emerging from a recent preview event it’s shaping up to be anything but.
From the sounds of things levels are much, much larger than any seen before in the series, with multiple ways and routes for Nate to go about his business. This is designed to encourage exploration and an almost Metal Gear Solid V approach to some levels, including marking enemies, sneaking in stealthily, and hiding bodies from view.
Don’t worry if you thought Naughty Dog had forgotten we’re all here for booming explosions and jaw dropping set pieces, in these latest Uncharted 4 pics Nathan Drake is hurling himself away from an explosion in no less than half of them.
According to Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End game director Bruce Straley he reckons this latest adventure "the most visually stunning game ever created". We’ll be the judge of that when, following a couple of lengthy delays, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End hits PlayStation 4 on May 10th worldwide.
