EA and DICE have dropped a veritable smorgasbord on new Battlefield 1 trailers. No less than five in fact, each one teasing each of the five campaign mode War Stories which players will get their mitts on next week.

If you don’t want some light spoilers on settings then you might want to give this lot a miss.

Through Mud and Blood

Set in the autumn of 1918 and one we’ve already seen gameplay of, Through the Mud and Blood is the tale of a British assault on the town of Cambrai in France. In it you join a dysfunctional Mark V tank crew looking to form some semblance of teamwork.

Friends in High Places

The pun-rific Friends in High Places is all about being a British pilot. The German forces are battering Britain in the sky, but it’s up to you to head to the western front in an effort to turn things around.

Nothing is Written

One of the more intriguing of this bunch, Nothing is Written centres of Arab tribes battling back against the might of the Ottoman Empire. In it you fight alongside Lawrence of Arabia as a Bedouin warrior on horseback, using basic tools against a technological might.

Avanti Savoia

It’s Italy against the Austro-Hungarian Empire in the Alps. An Italian mountaineer regiment is preparing for an audacious cliffside assault on a strategically placed fort.

The Runner

The boaty one of the bunch, The Runner has player taking part in the Gallipoli beach landings, a full scale naval invasion of the Ottoman’s homeland.

I’m in the ‘I’ll believe it’s good when I actually play it’ camp for Battlefield 1, but it does look at least look as if DICE is investing considerably more time and effort into the single-player campaign than it usually does. We’ll know for sure come October 21st, when Battlefield 1 launches for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Wow, i wasnt that interested in the game, coz it'll be too expensive and its a multiplayer game, but reading about the settings of the different campaign trailers leads me to believe that they've put in quite a bit of effort for the singleplayer. The Arab tribes one actually sounds interesting and intriguing :)

i think they're going a bit too far with the amount of trailers. The hype is already through the roof and i don't want to know EVERYTHING in advance. Yes, i know, "noone is making you watch it blablabla" but seriously how much is too much

i7-6900K minimum for intel
fx-4300 recommended for AMD.

(p.s being sarcastic.)

an i3-6100 / fx-8320 is enough for this game though.
