With three factions to choose from, Vikings, Samurai, Knight, Ubisoft's For Honor is shaping up to be quite a visual treat. For Honor is built using the AnvilNext graphics engine. You will need a powerful modern gaming computer to get into For Honor ultra requirements. For Honor's Ultra graphics requirements we expect a GTX 1070 or GTX 1080 with 16GB RAM and a strong i5.

For Honor releases in 22 days on Valentines day, February 14th. So you can play with your partner perhaps, or let them watch as you slice and dice your way through some of histories formidable warriors.

As ever, remember you can always check out how well your PC can run the For Honor system requirements, where you can check benchmarking and performance from other users. Compare your graphics card to the For Honor GPU benchmark chart and we also have a For Honor Frames Per Second system performance chart for you to check.

Which Faction will you start with?

ok after playing the beta i can max the game out but get 30 fps which is not really smooth with smaa x8 but with smaa x4 i can get 50 to 60 fps so this game is optimized pretty well and has decent options to play around with :)

However requirements are messed up. I watched benchmark videos and rx480 and 1060 have the same performance on this game.

just played some beta (knights)
rather fun game despite my speculation :)
game sets to MAX graphic settings for me and runs like a dream, no super sampling however, this slows things down significantly but the game still looks awesome without it

I actually didnt set my cpu Voltage and Load capacity correctly so everything was drawing almost 98% load on the cpu... temps were fine though
I fine tuned some settings in the bios and now my games are drawing more from my gpu than cpu as it should
ex: GTA now - up to 95% GPU load 45c / 60%-70% CPU load 60c 60fps with minor load stutter

I've been playing the beta and it has been a lot more fun than I thought it was gonna be. Especially one-on-one duels.

The 2v2 is completely retarded tho when playing with AIs.The AI never locks on the correct target and instead of doing its job it attacks the one I'm attacking, getting ****ed from behind by the other one.

I think that it would be graphically better on ps4 than on a 950M if he doesn't care about 30fps cap.

its a 960m 4gb which is better then the ps4 (-750ti)

even a gtx 660 is better than ps4, but it's better optimized and it will look better on ps4 than on that vga, because he'll have to tweak down settings.

Do they really mean 760 for 1080p 60 fps? surely they meant to put 780?

They meant to put the GTX 760 because the game is not that demanding after trying out the closed beta.

The game did perform very well during the technical test; and I only have a 960. High easily gets me 50-60fps, maybe a few drops below 50.
It might be close but yeah, the gtx 1060/980 could very well be more than enough for Ultra 1080p 60fps

Why r9 280x = to gtx 1060 in Recommended System Requirements (1080p 60FPS) ?? From what Ubisoft says I should play this with 60 fps at 1080p ?

because it obviously runs better with amd hardware than nvidia.

we dont know what their recommended requirements mean. it could be 1080/ultra/60 or 1080/ultra/30 or 1080/high/60. until its in someone's hands we have no way of knowing.
