Getting an Atlus game on PC is usually about as likely as EA releasing a game without microtransactions, but we’ve been given the faintest whiff of hope by a survey that’s been sent out to fans.

Atlus has sent out a questionnaire (entirely in Japanese, naturally) asking fans what they would like to see next from its most popular series, including Persona, Shin Megami Tensei, and Etrian Odyssey. They want to know whether fans want Persona 6, or a spin-off, a fighting game, action RPG, even a Persona shooter. One further question is more curious than them all though…

Atlus is also asking which platform its fans would like to see its games appear on, letting users choose between PS4, PSVR, PS Vita, 3DS, Switch, Smartphones, and… PC. No games from any of Atlus’ biggest series have ever released on PC, to the best our knowledge, and it’s a tiny bit painful knowing how well they’d do. To top it all off, Atlus is now a subsidiary of Sega, a Japanese publisher that has transformed from console manufacturer to the publisher of the world’s biggest PC strategy games (Total War, Dawn of War, Company of Heroes, Endless Legend, to name a few).

There’s no doubt it would be fantastic to see Persona 6 also launch on PC, but we’d also love to be a bit greedy and ask for the Atlus back catalog too. Persona 1-4 are trapped on older systems, while Shin Megami Tensei has been handheld only for a while now. While we're at it Sega, any chance of Yakuza?

Which Atlus games would you love to see on PC? Can you see Atlus finally choosing to support the platform? Let us know!
