It’s happened - CD Projekt RED blew the roof off of Microsoft’s Xbox E3 conference with a glorious new trailer for Cyberpunk 2077.

The eagerly anticipated sci-fi RPG will be CD Projekt RED’s first big-budget title since the now-legendary The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

Cyberpunk 2077 is set in an open-world known as Night City, known as the worst city to live in, in the world. Players will step into the shoes of V, a gun for hire who’s just picked up his first serious contract. It’s set within a world of hackers, cyber-enhanced warriors, and netrunners.

Anyway, enjoy:

Marcin Momot, community lead at CDPR, said we can expect to hear a lot more info about Cyberpunk 2077 during E3 2018, so we’ll be sure to bring you more on this blockbuster RPG just as soon as we hear it.

The codes, in the beginning, were keys for THe Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Damn CDPR, you good.

Something feels off about the aesthetics. Sure, it's crowded, claustrophobic and there's all kinds of tech n augs, but it looks just too clean. Odd for a game that calls itself cyberpunk, which usually invokes neon, tech and dirt.
Could just be because most of it is set during a sunny day instead of rainy night, tho.

Yeah I was expecting a darker 80's/90's Bladerunner/Shadowrun feel, this seems more Watchdogs 2 xD

They're still working on the map no doubt, CD is good for delivering content. When it comes out it will definitely have more of that Cyberpunk feel.

It's aight.

Don't forget that movies eg. Bladerunner were Noir style. So it was always gloomy, rainy, and dark.
I don't understand why people think about this game as a Bladerunner adaptation, when nobody said it will be.

If I'd compare Cyberpunk with a Movie, i'd say Ghost in the Shell would be the closest one.

Who said anything bout Blade Runner? Arguably, while it influenced Cyberpunk, Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep (which Blade Runner is a loose adaption of) is not Cyberpunk in the same way that Jules Verne is not Steampunk.
Wanna know what Cyberpunk is? Skies the color of television tuned to a dead channel.

Is it just me or the character to the left at 1:06 is Dettlaff from Blood and Wine?

Not exactly what I have expected from this game... thought it was gonna be more of that retro-80's futuristic synth-wave punk stuff (in this regard, I always thought that this game was gonna be a hardcore improvement of Deus Ex...).

BTW, this is for all retro synthwave fans:

Also, if anyone can recommend similar-style games (not racing per-say) I'd be very glad (I really liked Far cry: blood dragon)

What? No, I meant, that they'd use this kind of 80s futuristic style, not some new shiny & colorful crap...

Definitely no witchers is one of best games i played, but i think that Cyberpunk 2077 will be same as Watch Dogs which in my opinion was rly bad and boring game but i will try Cyberpunk 2077 anyway for chance that it ends up being like Witcher 3, tho i am not rly fan of futuristic open world rpgs(exception for Mass Effect serie)
