It’s hay bales and fistfights in farm land this year with Pure Farming 2018 rolling up to give Farming Simulator 19 some serious competition at last. It’s meant Giants Software and Focus Home Interactive have had to up their game for the next iteration of their long-running agricultural sim, as detailed in the new E3 2018 trailer.

The big reveal for E3 is the announcement of the rights to the John Deere vehicles, a brand which even city-bound plebs like me have heard of. They’re the largest agricultural machinery company in the world, and they’re now in Farming Simulator 19.

John Deere lends itself to what is the most extensive vehicle roster ever in Farm Sim, including Case IH, New Holland, Challenger, Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Valtra, Krone, Deutz-Fahr and many more.

On top of this, there are new American and European environments for developing and expanding farms, as well as new activities such as livestock, horse riding, and machinery to farm cotton and oats.

Farming Simulator 19 will be out in Fall 2018 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
