After a tepid July, we're back with a bang in August. There's a huge list of must-have games developing, both from the AAA publishers and the indie sphere. In terms of the absolute biggest, there is a quartet of games coming to PC during the next month that we don't normally see on the platform at all.

Yakuza Zero, Monster Hunter World, Shenmue HD Collection and Madden NFL 19 kick off a month of games that are typically console exclusives. They're all coming to PC though, and it's sure to be the optimal way to play these great titles.

Rounding out the month we've got a couple of new sports titles in F1 2018 and PES 2019, the return of yet another Yakuza on PS4, an all-new IP from the Sniper Elite devs, and what's sure to be the best-selling game of the month, bar none - World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth.

For fans of sports and Japanese games, August 2018 is shaping up to be a mighty expensive month. It's going to be tough to decide what to pick up, particularly with an insane September right around the corner.
