It’s that time of the month where we saw who and what is rolling in piles of filthy lucre, and it’s a familiar tale for some of the biggest games in existence. Fortnite: Battle Royale continues to rake in cash at an obscene rate, leading to Epic swelling in value to $8 billion, around 10x as much as the Unreal Engine creator was worth in 2012.
Unsurprisingly, Fortnite: Battle Royale is the biggest earner on console right now, topping a chart above the likes of FIFA 18, GTA V and COD: WWII. However, it hasn’t fare quite so well as on PC. Although Fortnite commands a respectable 6th position, just above World of Warcraft, it's being well and truly beaten by a certain other Battle Royale. Bizarrely Fortnite's non-existent on the mobile list despite earning more than $2m on iOS every day. Clearly, these other games in the mobile list are pulling in a heck of a lot of cash.
In quite a turn of events, PUBG is once again bigger than Fortnite on PC. The Steam Summer Sale saw PUBG discounted by $10 and it sold 4.7 million copies on PC within June alone, its second-best month ever.

It wasn’t quite enough to topple the likes of League of Legends and Dungeon Fighter Online though, which exist in their own little bubble of obscene success.
How many of the top 10 games on PC do you play? Can anything ever topple League of Legends?
