Jagged Alliance used to be a giant among turn-based strategy games, going head to head with XCOM back in the 90's. It's safe to say XCOM has kicked on in a bigger way though, and after falling by the wayside, Jagged Alliance is back with Jagged Alliance: Rage! It's turn-based tactics set in a jungle hell, incorporating a full co-op campaign and, umm, experimental drugs. But what about the all-important Jagged Alliance Rage PC system specs? Here you go.

Jagged Alliance: Rage! is by no means indie, but not is it a AAA giant. Instead, it sits somewhere in the middle, looking visually on par with the likes of XCOM. The upshot is Jagged Alliance: Rage doesn't look like a particularly demanding game. The minimum specs are extremely low-end indeed. A decade-old dual-core processor will do the job, flanked by a 1GB VRAM DirectX 12 video card. Just about everyone should be able to meet the minimum specs. If you're quite there, Jagged Alliance: Rage is turn-based though, so a stable frame rate isn't vital but certainly preferred.
The jump to the recommended specs for Jagged Alliance: Rage! is sizeable, but again there's nothing to concern anyone with a gaming PC bought in the last four or so years.
One thing's for sure, it's rare to see a 32-bit compatible game these days. Jagged Alliance is though, which could be encouraging for those using aging PCs. Turn-times will certainly benefit from a decent quad-core processor although it's not a necessity. Maxing out the visual details at 1080p should be fairly easily accomplished by either the GeForce GTX 760 or Radeon R9 280X.
