If you could pick a terrible month to release an indie game, October's probably the one, and this October, in particular, is a heaving month for massive releases. When you've got AAA titles scarpering into 2019 at the merest sight of Red Dead, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, and COD BLOPS 4, as an indie developer you need to be absolutely assured your game can still stand out from the crowd.

Whether this little lot can, well, that's up for you to decide. There's a great mix of indie titles and lower-budget titles out in October 2018, including the much anticipated World War 3, a proper new Game of Thrones game, and Project Hospital for those who found Two Point wasn't sim-y enough for their tastes.

Keeping an eye on WW3, but whether or not I'll buy into Early Access idk. Want to see how the dev's handle the game for a while first I think.

Also curious about "The Light Keeps Us Safe."

Visage deserves a place here(yeah i know it's hard to select a few from all the indies out there). Seems like an awesome horror game and it was also backed by the community over kickstarter, perhaps the first game in which people will look to find a sucessor to Silent Hills.
