Jump Force will be launching worldwide on 15th February, 2019, publisher Bandai Namco has confirmed. The 3D fighting game developed by Spike Chunsoft incorporates characters from a range of anime, including playable fighters from Naruto, Dragon Ball, Fist of the North Star, One Piece, Bleach, and Yu-Gi-Oh!. Basically, all the big mainstream anime that even clueless folk like me have heard of.
Jump Force will be coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Pc on February 15th, and the stars taking centre stage on the box art will be Goku, Naruto, and Luffy.
In addition to the release date announcement, Bandai Namco has also unleashed a new trailer for Jump Force. It shows off the new Paris stage, “the most romantic city on earth become the most dangerous.” There’s a cross-over of sorts here with the Saint Seiya universe.
There are also two new popular manga characters revealed in the trailer. Ryo from City Hunter is armed with a Colt Magnum and is a skilled gunman with quick reflexes. Kenshiro from Fist of the North Star is an expect in the Hokuto Shinken martial arts, delivering brutal beatdowns on his foes.
Jump Force is out on February 15th, 2019, for PC, Xbox One and PS4.
