UPDATE: If there weren't enough clues for you peppered throughout Paradox's 'Tender' dating app, a new Vampire: The Masquerade game has been all but confirmed by their official Twitter account.

Paradox Interactive has said "We know there is something big happening on the 21st - but what? Will we finally get our soulmate? What does it all mean?" A full reveal of the new game is expected to take place during GDC this week.

In the meantime, Paradox also dropped a big heap of screenshots and artwork for the game, all of which heavily point toward a new Vampire: The Masquerade title, possible even Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2.

Original Story: 12-Feb-2019 - Paradox's 'Tender' Dating App Looks to be Teasing a New Vampire: The Masquerade Game

Sharpen your fangs folks because it looks as if Paradox has begun teasing an all-new Vampire: The Masquerade game.

It’s been 15 long years since Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, arguably one of the finest PC RPG’s of all time, and certainly one of the most immersive worlds I’ve ever been sucked into.

Things have been very quiet on the Vampire front, that is until Paradox Interactive announced it had bought tabletop publisher White Wolf and all of its intellectual properties back in 2015. Cue a Paradox VP saying they were hoping to give the Vampire: The Masquerade series “fresh blood”.

And here we are today, and a mysterious new web dating app called Tender that has emerged. The site is powered by, you guessed it, Paradox Interactive, and promises to use algorithms to “analyze your soul” and help you to find your soulmate. The flowing blood in the backgrounds is a bit of giveaway as to what’s going on here, as is the questionnaire that asks for your blood type and whether you identify with blood spatter, maggots, or a killer clown.

Suffice to say this new app has got a few pulses racing. If you add your email then you’ll be contacted about potential matches or updates, which is a roundabout way of saying you’re probably going to be bombarded with Vampire: The Masquerade promotional material at some point.

If you haven’t had the pleasure of playing Vampire: The Masquerade then I can wholeheartedly recommend you do. It’s an RPG experience like few others, offering a wide array of playing styles for your vampire as you explore the seedy underworld of LA at night. It’s available on Steam but do be sure to grab the latest version of the Unofficial Patch, which I believe is currently at version 10.2.
