Considering what we know of how Left Alive looks, this set of system requirements comes as a bit of a surprise. You'll be needing a fairly beefy PC to run Left Alive, let alone begin cranking it up to the maximum graphical settings.
Square Enix has outlined the various settings they're aiming for with these specs. Those who meet the minimum spec will be able to play Left Alive at 30fps on the Low preset at 720p resolution. Basically, about as low as it gets. For that, you'll be needing a modern 2GB low-end video card alongside 8GB RAM and some form of quad-core processor. It makes Left Alive pretty demanding considering the target resolution.
Things to take a turn for the extreme with the recommended requirements for Left Alive. To play at High on 1080p at 60 frames per second will require an eye-watering GTX 1070 or Radeon RX Vega 56 along with a hefty processor and 16GB system RAM. That's a little bit ridiculous considering Left Alive's visuals but we'll see how it actually pans out at launch.
