It's the finest barometer there is of which game is going to sell a buttload of copies - It's the Best in Show award. Competition was fierce this year, with about 80 or so games available in our community vote. You've been busy casting your votes for your favourite game at E3 2019 and there was one clear winner.

E3 2019 Best In Show Award - Cyberpunk 2077

Oh Cyberpunk, we've really got to stop meeting like this. CD Projekt RED's disgusting ambitious sci-fi RPG has topped our GD community vote for the second year running. It's safe to say the hype thrusters have been engaged and it's full speed, dead ahead to April 16th. No pressure, CDPR.

Following up The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, quite probably the most beloved RPO of all time now, with a sprawling urban sci-fi RPG and sky-high expectations is going to be no mean feat.

This award should probably just go to Keanu Reeves, to be honest, for it is John Wick who has earned the fawning attention of the E3 audience. A genius marketing move from CD Projekt RED, and one that made sure Cyberpunk 2077 was top of the agenda despite showing us practically zero new gameplay.

Still, when the cinematics on offer are as good as the one below, who are we to complain?

Congratulations Cyberpunk 2077, and we'll be seeing you again on April 16th, 2020.

Right now Keanu has the eye of the America public, he's a media darling, and just an all around great guy. It was a huge deal for him to show up and promote the game in person, especially since we've not even caught a whiff of his involvement until just recently. His time on the stage highlighted why people adore him so much, he immediate response to being called breathtaking was to yell back, "No, you're breathtaking!"

Maybe he's got the eye of the world. He's cool enough for that, imo. Btw, you're a poet and you didn't even know it.

Im curious to see how the gameplay stacks up cdpr has been watering things down lately hopefully they make cyberpunk as deep as w1 was but with better gameplay. Story depends if it's the same writers that did w3 HoS/bloody baron questline

If they're giving us as many choices per quest with as they say they are there's a good chance the whole game will play out like the Bloody Baron quest line.

Nah i meant gameplay as in the FPS portion of the game not the choices that you get to make i expect that but gameplay is something CDPR isnt great at that was always the worst part of the witcher series for me i hope they step it up!

"You're breathtaking," will go down in E3 history, that's for sure.

BBC even highlighted that on the radio. I was quite surprised to hear about Keanu and Cyberpunk there!
