Three years on for the impressive strides made with The Technomancer, Spiders are back with GreedFall, a colonial fantasy RPG which is quite comfortably the studio's most ambitious project yet. One for the single-player purists among us, GreedFall promises to feature a vast fantasy world filled with secrets, quests, and terrifying creatures, along with a story which will evolve based on player decisions. That's what GreedFall is then, but sort of PC will you need to run GreedFall? Let's take a look at the GreedFall PC system specs.

GreedFall Recommended System Requirements

• CPU: Intel Core i5-4690 4-Core 3.5 GHz or AMD FX-8300 8-Core 3.3 GHz
• RAM: 16 GB System Memory
• GPU RAM: 4 GB Video Memory
• GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 or AMD Radeon RX 590
• HDD: 25 GB Available Hard Drive Space
• DX: DirectX 11

Spiders have always operated just outside the sphere of traditional AAA and this is reflected in GreedFall's PC system specs. This isn't a Control-type game which is expected to push the boundaries of graphics tech but instead a mid-tier affair which still looks set to be comfortably Spiders' best-looking game yet.

In order to meet GreedFall's recommended system specs you'll need a Core i5-4690 3.5GHz or FX-8300 processor coupled with a GeForce GTX 980 4GB to run GreedFall at High graphics settings on 1080. For your PC to completely meet the recommended requirements for GreedFall you'll also need 16 GB system memory.

To run GreedFall on low graphics settings you'll only need a much lower-end RIG. Spiders suggest you'll will require at least a GeForce GTX 660 / Radeon HD 7870 DirectX 11 GPU with an Intel Core i5-3450 3.1GHz or FX-6300 CPU. These are fairly ancient specs by today's standards and so anyone with even a pretty low-end modern system should be able to run GreedFall PC without too many problems.
