It's been flying a little under the radar but Paranoia: Happiness is Mandatory comes to PC in just over a week's time, dishing up a sci-fi CRPG with an active pause battle system. The first bone of contention is that Paranoia: Happiness is Mandatory is a timed Epic Games Store exclusive. If you're suffering from the contagious Epic Store allergy then you'll have to wait until 2020 until you can play Paranoia.

With that out of the way, the system specs for Paranoia are actually very reasonable. It is a turn-based strategy game so sky high frame rates aren't a top priority either. Paranoia's minimum system requirements are very low-end indeed, ensuring this particular game will run on just about any modern system. All you need is a quad-core processor (allegedly), just 4GB RAM, and a 1GB VRAM DirectX 10 video card. This hardware will be able to run Paranoia: Happiness is Mandatory at Low graphics settings.

If you want out Paranoia's visuals then you'll need an average spec system from 2017 or so. This means a 4GB DX11 video card, 8GB RAM, and a beefier quad-core processor with 3.5GHz+ clock speeds.
