We've made it to Day Four of the official Game Debate Games of Christmas tournament. This time will see two of the best action-packed games of 2020, but not before we find out who won yesterday's fight between Ghost of Tsushima and Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord.

In no surprise at all considering it won Best Action and Best Original Game at the Global Game Awards 2020, Ghost of Tsushima came out on top with 189 votes, beating out MB2 who got a total of 74 votes.

Day Four includes 2 of the biggest action games of 2020: Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and DOOM Eternal. It's Black Ops vs Black Magic as the devils of war fight against the devils of hell to see who will be crowned the most wanted game under your Christmas tree.

How the community voting works

Each day at 17:00 GMT (09:00 PT, 12:00 ET) two titles will battle against each other. Whichever title receives the most votes in the poll wins, and will then go through to the next round. 12 games in total will be battling away, and the first six fights will take place from today and over the next five days - one battle per day. The six games that win will make it through to the semi-finals where three further 1v1 fights will take place. The winners of these three battles will then make it to the grand final to decide the ultimate game of Christmas 2020.

Each bout will last 23 hours, and the winner is whichever game receives the most votes in the poll, which can be found towards the bottom of each article. All you have to do is click the name of the title you wish to vote for. You won't be able to see the results from other voters until polling closes at 16:00 GMT the following day.

Round 1: Fight 4 - Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War vs DOOM Eternal

It's easy to point towards Black Ops Cold War as the bigger launch of the two titles, considering the franchise's history, but DOOM Eternal also features its fair share of action-packed gun violence. Sure, you can detonate a remote control car in BOCW and watch your enemies explode into bits, but have you ever removed the eye of a literal demon and fed it to itself and then watch it explode from the inside?

Just like with with yesterday's tournament, both games share similar qualities in their action, but are very different in execution. Whilst Call of Duty focuses a lot more on it's multiplayer components, DOOM Eternal gives you an action-packed single player campaign making you hungry for more.

So who do you think should be the winner of Day Four?

And remember: this is for which game you'd prefer to get for Christmas, regardless of whether you bought and played the games already. This is about which game would make you the most excited when waking up on Christmas Day and finding it under the tree.

Get voting in the poll below for your favorite choice, and remember to check back again tomorrow for the results and Day Five of the 8 Games of Christmas 2020; where two more titles will battle it out to earn a place in the next round. The winner of today's competition will face the winner of yesterday's competition in the second semi-final on 22nd December!

This is a blind poll. All votes are revealed when the poll closes
