Activision has finally revealed the official multiplayer gameplay for their next game in the Call of Duty series, carrying on the same mechanics and feel that was popularized in 2019's Modern Warfare and Warzone, but set in the era of WW2. It certainly looks pretty good graphics-wise, but what kind of hardware will be needed to run it at its best?
Call of Duty: Vanguard is launching on November 5th this year, but you'll be able to get your first taste of multiplayer action soon as the official PC Beta is kicking off in just under 2 weeks. And with that, Activision has kindly also revealed the official PC system requirements for COD Vanguard, and they are not too demanding.
So let's dive in and take a look at the official Call of Duty Vanguard PC system requirements...

- GPU RAM: 2GB
- GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 / Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti or AMD Radeon R9 380

- Storage: 45GB
Call of Duty: Vanguard recommended system requirements
- OS: Windows 10 64 Bit (latest Service Pack)
- CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K or AMD Ryzen 7 1800X
- RAM: 16GB
- GPU RAM: 6GB
- GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 / Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 or AMD Radeon RX Vega 56
- DX: 12
- Storage: 45GB
Call of Duty: Vanguard will require at least a GTX 1070 or GTX 1660 or RX Vega 56 graphics card in order to meet the recommended system requirements. You will also need either a Core i7-4770K or Ryzen 7 1800X processor as well as 16GB of RAM, which should then help achieve 60fps performance on High graphics settings at 1080p resolution.
Looking at the minimum system requirements for Call of Duty Vanguard you will need a GTX 960 or GTX 1050 Ti or R9 380 GPU with a Core i5-2500K or Ryzen 5 1600X CPU in order to help achieve 60fps performance on Low graphics settings at 1080p resolution. You will also need at least 8GB of system memory.
Overall, looking over all the COD Vanguard pc specs, you will need at least a 5 year old PC in order to run at its best.
