Crysis Remastered is launching on Steam on September 17th

After a long period of exclusivity on the Epic Games Store, the remastered version of the original Crysis is finally launching on Steam, and sooner than we thought! Although the upcoming Crysis Trilogy Remaster will see the two remastered sequels launching exclusively on the EGS next month, you’ll be able to grab the first game on Steam at the end of next week.

Crysis Remastered is now finally launching on the Steam storefront on September 17th, and better yet you can get some major discounts when pre-orders go live. Not only will there be a 20% launch week discount, but owners of the original 2007 Crysis will be able to get an additional 30% off their purchase.

Crysis Remastered originally launched on September 18th 2020, which means the Steam version is launching exactly one year after the Epic Games Store. Based on this, we can imagine the rest of the Crysis Trilogy Remastered (launching October 15th 2021 on the Epic Games Store) will come to Steam around the same time next year (2022).

What do you think? Are you excited for Crysis Remastered on Steam? Have you been waiting to get it? Or did you already buy it on the EGS? Let us know!

Have you been waiting for a Steam launch of Crysis Remastered?

I'm not gonna buy this game twice simply because they plastered "Remaster" on it. On PC 99% of the time remasters are little to no different from their original versions, this remaster fad only works on console gamers and their limited hardware.
