Sports games have a habit of looking pretty damn good, I mean they literally simulate every drop of sweat off of a player's forehead. Despite this though, they have always had relatively modest system requirements. But Konami's upcoming - and (slightly) rebranded - eFootball title is a little more demanding than we expected. Maybe finally a developer is bringing the next-gen version to PC, unlike many other sports titles as of late.

eFootball 2022 is launching on September 30th, and with the Steam Page officially up the system requirements have also been revealed. Looks like those with lower-end PCs will still be able to tackles (heh) the game head on, but those with more modern specs will clearly be able to get the best out of it.

So let's have a look at the official eFootball 2022 system requirements...

eFootball 2022 minimum system requirements

eFootball 2022 recommended system requirements

eFootball 2022 requires a GTX 1060 or RX 590 graphics paired with either a Core i5-7600 or Ryzen 5 1600 processor in order to reach the recommended system requirements, which should then deliver 60fps performance at 1080p resolution on High graphics settings. You will also need at least 8GB of RAM.

In order to run eFootball 2022 on Low graphics settings your PC will require at least a GTX 660 Ti or HD 7790 GPU with a Core i5-2300 or FX-4350 CPU. This hardware setup should then achieve around 60fps performance at 1080p. The minimum amount of system memory needed for eFootball 2022 is 8GB.

As ever, remember you can always check out how well your PC can run the eFootball 2022 System Requirements here, where you can check benchmarks and performance from other users. Compare your graphics card to the eFootball 2022 GPU benchmark chart and we also have a eFootball 2022 Frames Per Second system performance chart for you to check.

Let's see how the Unreal Engine version of PES looks like. They finally moved on from the shared game engine idea and went into the (possible) future.
