The next Forza Horizon game is launching soon, and is perhaps one of the most anticipated games of the year already. So far we’ve seen lots about the new location, the single player campaign etc., but what about multiplayer? Thankfully, the latest stream with the developers touched on all things online, and what you can get up to in the revamped multiplayer.
Perhaps the most interesting is that Team Adventure mode has now been replaced with Horizon Open in Forza Horizon 5. This includes 4 categories: Open Racing, Open Drifting, Playground Games, and The Eliminator (the very strange but very fun Battle Royale mode). But there’s also Horizon Tour and Horizon Arcade for more multiplayer goodness:
Playground Games has decided to put more emphasis on having fun this time round, rather than simply winning, which leads to many more opportunities to just play around with friends and enjoy the world and its cars. We’ll be hearing more about FH5 in the lead up to launch with more Let’s Go! livestreams planned before it releases in November.
What do you think? Are you excited for Forza Horizon 5? Are you interested in the multiplayer at all? Have you been watching the streams? Let us know!
