Before we jump into the world of Yara and liberate the oppressed inhabitants, it's always worth taking in the scenery at first, and by that we mean the PC graphics settings to see what we will be able to customize when the game launches. So let's take a look at all the PC graphics settings available in Far Cry 6...

As is usual with any Ubisoft title these days, there are a many number of settings to tweak in Far Cry 6 to help us customize our experience, including the various graphics settings available. Thankfully this means we should have a decent range of options in order to get the perfect balance of FPS performance and graphical quality.

So let's get started and jump right into the Far Cry 6 PC graphics settings...

And that's it for all the graphics settings available in Far Cry 6! As mentioned before there are a bunch of graphics settings to choose from and customize to our liking, with a decent range of options for each setting so we can get that perfect balance of FPS performance and graphical quality.

There's obviously a lot to talk about here so lets start with the big ones like the addition of ray tracing as well as resolution scaling/upscaling. Obviously we'll have to see how demanding ray tracing in Far Cry 6 is once we complete our benchmarks, but the addition of several ways to improve performance with or without ray tracing is a huge bonus: this includes both adaptive resolution as well as AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR).

There's also FPS limiters and a fixed resolution scale if you're not using AMD FSR, all of which will greatly help customize our performance in-game no matter what hardware you're using. There's also FidelityFX CAS if you would like to add some sharpening to the image in case it ends up a bit blurry from Anti-Aliasing or FSR.

Then of course you have the typical graphics quality and display options to choose from, the former of which doesn't actually have a huge amount of settings to choose from as we may have liked, but the addition of several other performance enhancing features in other areas is grateful at least.

But apart from that there's not much else to mention when it comes to the Far Cry PC graphics settings. There's already a good amount of options to choose from and customize to our liking, which should definitely help with striking the right balance between performance and graphical quality.
