Ubisoft has been tinkering away at their zombie(aliens?)-like shooter spin-off from the Rainbow Six series, and after being delayed to January 2022, we still haven’t got an official release date yet. Thankfully, it looks like Ubisoft themselves have accidentally revealed the new launch date for Rainbow Six Extraction.

According to an old blog post by Ubisoft, which initially was published back in June this year, Rainbow Six Extraction will now be launching on January 20th 2022. The post was recently edited to include the new release date, but has since been edited again to remove the exact date in January.

It’s likely that Ubisoft was planning to reveal the new release date on their own, and the blog post was accidentally edited a little too early. So we’re likely to get an official announcement soon from Ubisoft themselves. But obviously take the information with a grain of salt since it hasn’t been officially confirmed yet.

What do you think? Are you excited for Rainbow Six Extraction? What are you most interested about it? And what are you most worried about? Let us know!

I especially like the "covert yellow" on their uniforms. That's exactly the kind of stuff one needs to stay unnoticed and it's totally practical and totally not because it looks cool to some people 👍
