When it launched earlier this year, Square Enix’s latest looter-shooter was available on Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass on Day 1. It was a pretty big deal for the service as it was the first third-party AAA title to hit the service the same day it launched, but unfortunately that was only for consoles.

Fast forward to today and Outriders is finally available on Xbox Game Pass for PC. The game had mixed reviews at launch, but the overall reception was positive, so if you’ve been waiting to try the shooter yourself then now is the perfect time to do it! Better yet, the game supports crossplay with Steam in case you have friends who bought it at launch, and you can transfer your saves from the Xbox console to the Windows version.

Of course, the list of day one AAA Game Pass launches is pretty packed now, with Back 4 Blood launching just last week on the service, and with games like Halo Infinite and Forza Horizon 5 launching day one as well Game Pass is slowly becoming the go-to platform for playing new big games, even more so now after the massive Bethesda acquisition.

What do you think? Will you be playing Outriders on Game Pass? Have you played it already through another platform? Do you think this will help the game more? And what are your overall thought on the title months after release? Let us know!

Do you currently have Game Pass on PC?

Shame the guys who made the absolutelyt awesome Bulletstorm were reduced into making whatever Outriders was. Still waiting on Bulletstorm 2 as the story was meant to be continued.
