Square Enix's latest venture in the Marvel universe is finally here, and based on previous trailers and gameplay it looks to be a pretty stunning rendition of sci-fi design. But what kind of graphics settings are available in the game? And by how much can we adjust them? We take a look at the PC graphics settings available in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy...

Marvels Guardians of the Galaxy includes a lot of interesting graphics settings, most notably support for ray tracing and Nvidia's DLSS to further customize performance and image quality. There's a lot of other options to that are worth going over, which should help getting the perfect balance between FPS performance and graphical quality.

So let's get started and jump right into the Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy PC graphics settings...

And that's it for all the graphics settings available in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy! There are quite a few settings available for us to customize, with a good selection of performance-enhancing settings and quality options. There are some usual settings we'd expect to see, but also a few surprises.

First of all, as mentioned above there is support for ray tracing and Nvidia DLSS. Specifically, Marvel's GotG includes support for ray-traced reflections and ray-traced transparent reflections, allowing us to independently customize both options. Additionally, Nvidia's DLSS comes with a separate DLSS Sharpening feature to further improve image clarity in Nvidia's AI upscaling tech.

If you don't have a ray tracing or DLSS-supported hardware, then there's still a few options available to improve performance and image quality. Namely a Resolution Scale slider or even Dynamic Resolution support, as well as AMD's FidelityFX CAS Sharpening when you're not using DLSS, and an FPS limiter.

Finally, there's all the typical graphics settings we've come to expect from PC games like Level of Detail, Shadow Quality, Texture Quality, Screen Space Reflections, as well as two different options for blur (Motion Blur and Radial Blur), Chromatic Aberration, Lens Flare, Depth of Field, and Light Scattering.

But apart from that there's not much else to mention when it comes to the Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy PC graphics settings. There's a decent amount of options to choose from and customize to our liking, which should definitely help with striking the right balance between performance and graphical quality.

On a separate note, we have an interesting YT character (suspense) saying that the game is actually pretty decent.

And the person who issued said claim is non other than

JS (originally called Jim Sterling)
