Electronic Arts and Codemasters surprised fans during EA Play Live 2021 by revealing a brand new entry in the GRID series. Unfortunately, the announcement did not come with a lot of details, but now we know when exactly GRID Legends will be releasing, and even got 15 minutes of brand new (and early) gameplay.

GRID Legends is set to release on February 24th 2022 for PC and consoles. The announcement also came with the official PC system requirements, which are a little on the demanding side for the recommended specs, but overall reveals a decent range of performance and optimization.

So let's jump in and take a look at the official GRID Legends PC system requirements...

GRID Legends minimum system requirements

GRID Legends recommended system requirements

You will need a Core i5-8600K or Ryzen 5 2600X processor coupled with either a GTX 1080 or RX 590 graphics card in order to run GRID Legends at the recommended system requirements. This setup should then deliver 60fps performance on High graphics settings at 1080p resolution. 16GB of RAM will also be needed.

GRID Legends needs a GPU that is at least as powerful as a GTX 950 or RX 460 that should then be paired with a Core i3-2130 or FX-4300 CPU in order to match the minimum system requirements. This should then achieve around 60fps performance on Low graphics settings at 1080p. Minimum system memory required is 8GB.

Overall, looking at the specs outlined above, we suggest using a 3 year old PC to play GRID Legends at its best.

As ever, remember you can always check out how well your PC can run the GRID Legends System Requirements here, where you can check benchmarks and performance from other users.
