As we all know the new year is now upon us, which means for some of us it's time to take down the Christmas decorations and let the festive period fade out. But that doesn’t mean it’s too late to talk about what we got last year, so today we want to know what gaming goodies did you get for the 2021 Holidays?

As always, it can range from anything as long as it’s gaming related. For instance, maybe you finally got a game you’ve been dying to play (either from a friend/relative or during the Winter Sales!) like Forza Horizon 5, or maybe you got a brand new GPU (lucky!) like the RTX 3080 Ti, or even a next-gen console (also lucky!). Whatever it is that you got then let us know in the discussions area below!

Once again the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic means restrictions on travel and meeting up with family, so even if the present you got wasn’t for Christmas, or was simply something you bought yourself over the holidays, then let us know! Maybe even some of us can share some gift ideas for the gamers in need?

As always, even though it is already January, this is supposed to be some positive and festive fun looking back at 2021 and remembering the good times we had. If you're still in that mood, then we’d also love to hear what were your top 3 games of 2021 in our Up For Debate from yesterday!

So what gaming goodies did you get for the 2021 Holidays? Was it a game you've been dying to play for the past few months? New PC hardware? Some gaming accessories? Or something else gaming related? And do you think 2022 will eventually be a better year in terms of PC hardware availability and pricing? Let us know!

Im going to wait for a 32 inch (max) 4K 120hz or 27 inch 1440p 120hz+ OLED monitor. Non of that ultra wide/42 inch nonsense.

My razer viper had issues and i send it back for testing the company which i bought from said that i can get new one. Mine was warranty so my mouse was for free. Funny enough the only thing i havent changed from my 2013 (except GPU) is my keyboard. The rest, monitor, speakers, mouses especially and headphones are regularly changed... Due to being defective or i breaking them only 1x headphones i broke cuz i sit on it...

A couple of PS3 controllers and games. Prices for everything went through the roof, I was planning to get a TV, but all the TVs became 30-35% more expensive in the span of 3 months.

I got a new monitor (gigabyte m32q) and a new chair (no more kitchen chair for me, yay) + some RGB strips (one behind the monitor like ambilight and phanteks neon for the PC).

From the games, I picked up wasteland 3 and the ascent during the steam winter sale.

unrelated:

why we still can't edit comments nor rigs on GD? Ever since the latest UI overhaul update. Rig update just gives an unclear error and button for editing is not even appearing.

edit: oh damn, I can edit this comment but not my original (parent comment of this comment) - weird
