The time has finally come as the highly anticipated new Fighter game from Warner Brothers has officially launched its Open Beta, meaning anyone can download and play the game for free now. As a result, WB Games have also revealed the PC system requirements, which have been updated slightly since the Closed Alpha...

Not much has changed in terms of the Multiversus PC specs. Other than the addition of some new 4K Ultra settings requirements, the only thing that has actually changed is the raising of the AMD GPU in the low specs, as well as increasing the storage requirements to 7GB instead of 6GB.

But enough about that, let's take a look at the official MultiVersus PC system requirements...

Multiversus Minimum system requirements - 60fps/Low settings/720p

Multiversus Recommended system requirements - 60fps/High settings/1080p

Multiversus Maximum system requirements - 60fps/Ultra settings/4K

In order to run MultiVersus on High graphics settings your PC will need at least a GTX 660 or R9 270 graphics card paired with a Core i5-3470 or Ryzen 3 1200 processor. This will then deliver 60fps performance at 1080p resolution. At least 8GB of RAM is recommended.

MultiVersus requires a GPU that is at least as powerful as a GTX 550 Ti or HD 7770 coupled with either a Core i5-2300 or FX-8350 CPU, which will then deliver 60fps performance at 720p on Low graphics settings. 4GB of system memory is needed at minimum.

Overall, looking at the specs above, we suggest at least a 9 year old PC to play MultiVersus smoothly.

As ever, remember you can always check out how well your PC can run the Multiversus System Requirements here, where you can check benchmarks and performance from other users. Compare your graphics card to the Multiversus GPU benchmark chart and we also have a Multiversus Frames Per Second system performance chart for you to check.

This game has several aspects that succeed and many that fail. Currently, there are many more things that don't work than ones that do. Hurt boxes appear to be even more inaccurate than hit boxes. I believe that the game's overpowering characters are less of a problem than improperly sized character boxes. Superman's hitbox is incredibly skewed, so there's a good probability he'll hit me if I'm behind him and he throws a blow in my direction.

This game was quite thrilling and adaptable in my opinion. Although the main gameplay may feel a little watery to the average player of fighting games, this unique element sets it apart from rival fighting games like Super Smash Brothers by giving the player an incredible experience while spiking the opponent. I return to the game on a daily basis because of the rush it provides. I also recommend TerraGenesis – Space Settlers to play on PC.

Just the sheer size of Iron Giant astounds me. I thought they would reduce his size to make him match the geometry dash game, but I never anticipated that he would still be bigger than all the other fighters.
