There are a whole load of games out at the moment that you’ve probably got a huge backlog to work on already. However, who can ever say no to a free(ish) game? So if you feel like blowing some stuff up this weekend, or causing general mayhem on a fictional island sandbox, then Ubisoft might have you covered.
That’s because Far Cry 6 is currently free to play this weekend, as well as being on sale for a pretty enticing discount. You can play Far Cry 6 for free on the Ubisoft Store or the Epic Games Store until Sunday, August 7th, at 12pm PT (3pm ET / 8pm BST). Plus, the title is currently on sale for 60% off until August 8th on both stores.
FC6 might be a pretty divided game among the community, but the general reception is at least positive. If you didn’t take the dive before, maybe give it a go this weekend and you might be surprised by it. Or maybe you won’t, in which case, please let us know why!
