It’s not too long now until the highly anticipated PC port of Insomniac’s web-slinging superhero finally arrives, and luckily for us some of the first gameplay has been released online, which means we can take a direct look at how the graphics on PC compare to the current-gen PlayStation 5, as well as the PlayStation 4…
Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered launches on Friday for most people. The PC system requirements were not too demanding, but PC ports generally look better than their console counterparts. However, the PS5 is a pretty powerful piece of hardware, and ElAnalistaDeBits on YouTube has highlighted the major differences in graphics for each version:
Additionally, VGC has released some screenshots of the PC version, and luckily have tried to capture the same moment as best they can on the PlayStation 5. As such, we also now have some handy comparison sliders to better see the exact differences between the PC and PS5 Fidelity Mode versions:
You can see how the PC version clearly has better lighting than the PlayStation 5 in pretty much every scenario. But it is still incredible how good the PS5 version looks, even with ray tracing enabled (as seen in the video above). Either way, it’s clear that Spiderman PC is definitely the definitive way to play the much-loved title.
