Guys, as you can see I have a Radeon HD 6770, but my card is ASUS Edition, so I was googling for the specs, and I see the default memory clock on HD6770 is 1200 MHz, but mine default memory clock is 1000. So I have 2 questions, as first is that normal? And the second what will happen if I increase 200 MHz ? (Im not newbie in overclocking, im asking this because I don't want to test, my GPU is new so... :) )
Thanks in advance :)

You could always try and raise it with 25-50MHz steps and test it with furmark every time. Shouldn't hurt

This is the version that I have...
My GPU has 64 GB Bandwidth but on AMD site it says that RadeonHD 6770 has 76 GB/s bandwidth... thats the memory clock im sure, since its GDDR5, I got 800 MHz less... so should I overclock it? Or leave it to 1000 :/

Set the fan for manual control and set it around 90%.
Next drop the clocks a bit until it doesn't crash/get artifacts anymore :)

So overclock GPU about 10% is considered to be a lot?
I am saving to get This OC 7770. However, this is just on 7770 that's Oced 9,5%. Should it performances be normal, and why don't we just buy a normal 7770 and overclock it by ourselves ?

Long and unnessary answer:
Anyway, download that tool and run it to see if the drivers is compatible or not. Or you have to find someone that have HD 7690 like you AND ask him/her to download the tool and run it for you to see weather it's compatible or not :D
Short answer:
YES!
Why?
AMD says so:YES
have fun
