CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz or AMD Athlon II X4 620

RAM: 4GB System Memory

GPU RAM: 1GB

GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX560 or Radeon HD 5850

DX: Direct x 9

Well, this is the first system requirements we've seen in a while without the 8800, but that's only because the minimum requirements out-strip the card! Recommending a GTX 560 also seems rather high given the trailers we've seen.
