Ubisoft has released a gameplay preview video for Watch Dogs to show to the public some of the next-gen features that the game will use.

The game promises an open-world action experience. The players will have the chance to discover the tale of Aiden Pearce, a skilled hacker capable of cracking phones, video cameras, and even PC's used by banks.
The action takes place in an nearby future New York City, governed and controlled by (evil) corporations through an centralized informatic system(CenTral Operating System) capable of providing vital information about everything, and (more importanly) everyone.

If you are in need of some more information about the game, you will be happy to find out that Ubisoft has also released a couple of new screenshots from the game. They feature a new character, some fast bikes, some cool looking cars and, the main tool used by Aiden to fight against the baddies, the cell phone(gotta get me one of these!).
It has already been confirmed, the game will be released on 19th November in the U.S, and the 22th in Europe for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, and Wii U. The game will also be available for PlayStation 4, but the launch date is curently unknown.
