The first GTA V gameplay trailer is coming this afternoon, which is going to make people incredibly excited; but that might not be the only GTA news today.
Rockstar has posted a job opportunity on the site for their Leeds studio, asking for a programmer to help port their "latest titles" to PC...
From the job advert:
"Rockstar Leeds are currently looking for a talented graphics programmer to help bring our latest titles to the PC platform. Working together with the other Rockstar studios, you will be responsible for maintaining the studio’s uncompromising quality bar, delivering the highest quality PC experience possible."
The post also mentions "working with skilled developers on Next Generation games", which suggests that we might be seeing a full release of the game on Next Gen consoles as well.
Just recently, when asked about the possibility of GTA V on next-gen consoles and PC, Rockstar told fans that they have nothing to share. This job posting isn't anything conclusive of course, but it does suggest that a PC port is in the works; although when we'll actually see it is anyone's guess.
Grand Theft Auto V is due for a September 17th release on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Don't forget that in just a few hours we'll be seeing the first ever gameplay trailer for GTA V, so keep an eye on our front page!
So what do you think, is this part of the effort to port GTA V to PC? Or are they only porting some of their other games? Tell us below!
